It is a carpet printed with color onto Nylon fibers using a digital CMYK system. We recommend a file resolution of at least 100 dpi, allowing any pattern, any color, including photos and logos.

Five options: Cut (800 and 1,200 gsm), Cut Frieze, High Cut Low Loop, Classic Loop, and Pineapple Loop. Patterns, colors, sizes, and shapes can be customized freely.

Classic Loop and Pineapple Loop hold shape well, ideal for hallways, lobbies, and offices. Cut and High Cut Low Loop are soft and luxurious, suited for hotels, meeting rooms, and homes. Cut Frieze offers a relaxed look, perfect for residential spaces and lounges.

No carpet is completely waterproof or stain‑proof. They slow absorption, are easy to clean, and should be blotted immediately when stained.

The carpets are designed for indoor use and should not be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods.

Digital Dyed carpets focus on high‑resolution printed patterns and do not support carving or high‑low pile embossing. If you want surface texture, choose High Cut Low Loop or Pineapple Loop.

No minimum. You can order a single piece, but very small pieces (e.g., about 100 × 100 cm to 100 × 200 cm) have different pricing and terms than larger orders.

We accept AI, PDF, PSD, JPEG, and PNG. We recommend a resolution of at least 100 dpi. If you don’t have a file, send a reference image; our team will create an artwork for review before production. Initial consultation is free.

We do not match Pantone directly. Choose colors from the Digital Dyed carpet color swatch. For large orders, we recommend a sample first; colors may vary slightly between production batches.

Sample production takes 7–15 business days, and full production takes another 7–15 business days after sample approval. Prior to that, artwork preparation takes 5–7 business days (if files are ready, this step can be skipped).

Pay 100% after order confirmation, before artwork review and production begin.

Yes. We produce a strike‑off sample to check color, material, and texture, then send the actual piece or a video for your approval. Inquire about sample conditions and fees via LINE.

Bangkok 1–2 business days depending on the truck schedule; other provinces about 3–4 business days. Delivery fees are quoted based on area and project size.

We offer optional installation, removal of old carpet, and site surveys (including project work). All items are additional services with fees. You can request a quotation. We do not accept wet floor work such as concrete or leveling.

We plan seams to be as seamless as possible, but we cannot guarantee they will be 100% invisible. After installation, allow 48–72 hours for ventilation.

We guarantee manufacturing defects for 1 year from the delivery date and installation defects for 30 days from completion of installation.

Vacuum regularly, spot‑clean immediately, and have it cleaned by Rug Space’s professional technicians. This is an optional add‑on service. We provide a care guide with the carpet.
