5 Steps to Order
Step 1
Send Your Design
Submit Artwork or reference as AI, PSD, PDF, JPEG, PNG, or other vector files (recommended resolution at least 100 dpi). If you don’t have a design, the Rug Space team can create the artwork for you.
Step 2
Choose Your Specs
Provide size, shape, texture, backing, and edge finishing. The team will quote a price.
Step 3
Confirm Order and Payment
Confirm the order and pay the full amount first, then the artwork review process begins.
Step 4
Review Artwork
If you let Rug Space create the design, it takes 5–7 business days. The client reviews and approves the design. If the production‑ready file is already available, you can skip this step.
Step 5
Approve Sample & Produce
Create a real sample to check color, material, and texture (7–15 business days). After sample approval, full production takes 7–15 business days.

Screen colors may differ from fiber colors, so we provide real samples to check color, material, and texture before production each time. If you're far away, we can send a video sample instead.

When do I need to pay?
Pay 100% after order confirmation, before we start reviewing the artwork and production.
How long does it take?
Depends on the design: 5–7 business days (if the file is ready you can skip this step), sample creation 7–15 business days, actual production 7–15 business days, delivery in Bangkok 1–2 business days.
