Step 2
Team response/quotation
The team will get back to you, recommend texture, backing, and edge finishing, then send a quotation summarizing specifications and production timeline.
Step 3
Review artwork and produce
After order confirmation, review the artwork and a physical sample before production. Create a prototype and produce the final product, each taking 7–15 business days.

Quote FAQs
What sets the price?
Price is based on the size, texture, backing, edge finishing, and production lead time. There is no minimum order. Provide dimensions in cm or meters. The team will summarize the price in the quote.
How long does it take?
Creating a physical sample takes 7–15 business days, and actual production takes another 7–15 business days after sample approval. If you need the team to create artwork, it takes 5–7 business days. If you already have production‑ready files, you can skip this step.
How should I prepare files?
We accept AI, PDF, JPEG, and PNG files. We recommend a resolution of at least 100 dpi. If you don’t have files yet, send reference images; the team can create artwork for review before production.
What other fees apply?
Consultations are free, with no charge. Shipping costs are listed in the quote. Installation and cleaning are optional paid services; you can request a quote for them.
