What file formats can be submitted?
We accept AI, PDF, JPEG, and PNG. If you only have a reference, our team can create the artwork for you.
What are the payment terms?
Pay 100% after order confirmation, before artwork review and production.
Can the job be expedited?
Sample production takes 7–15 business days, and full production takes 7–15 business days after sample approval. If you have a deadline, inform the team from the quotation request so we can plan accordingly.
Backing and edge options?
Standard backing is Action Backing for Wall‑to‑Wall and Area Rugs, or you can choose Anti‑slip or Felt for large rugs. Edges can be finished in two ways: Unhemmed or Hemmed (some styles may incur additional cost).
What warranties are provided?
We offer a 1‑year warranty for manufacturing defects and a 30‑day warranty for installation.
