Custom Rug Ordering: How Long Does It Take? 5 Steps from Design to Delivery

Step 1: Send your design
Send your artwork file or reference images you like (AI, PDF, JPEG, PNG) via LINE or email. If you do not have a design yet, our team can design one for you from reference images.
Step 2: Choose the specs
Tell us the size, shape, texture (Cut, Cut Frieze, High Cut Low Loop, Classic Loop, Pineapple Loop), backing (Action Backing, Anti-slip or Felt) and edge finish (Unhemmed or Hemmed). We then prepare your quote.
Step 3: Confirm the order and pay
Confirm the order and pay in full. Our team then starts the artwork check and books your rug into the production queue.
Step 4: Artwork check
If Rug Space prepares the artwork, it takes 5–7 working days, and you review and approve the design before production. If you already have a print-ready file, this step can be skipped.
Step 5: Approve the sample and produce
We make a real sample to check colour, material and texture, which takes 7–15 working days, then send you the sample or a video to approve. Production then takes another 7–15 working days.
Delivery and optional installation
- Bangkok: 1–2 working days, following our delivery rounds.
- Other provinces: about 3–4 working days, with a delivery fee based on distance.
- Optional site measurement, old carpet removal and professional installation are available. They are not included in the rug price and are quoted separately.
Sample fees
The 1st and 2nd samples are 500 THB each, and from the 3rd sample on they are 2,000 THB each (excluding VAT). For large projects, ask our team about terms.
Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and a 30-day warranty on installation when you use our installation service.
